Description of The Venue

King St Music School has a sizeable room available for community hire. The space can be customised to support your individual or group needs. The room can be used for your regular activity, workshop, or once off event.

We can cater for the needs of carers and support workers, local artists and creatives, playgroups, therapists, etc looking to host a regular activity, workshop, or once off event for their clientele. We can also provide support in setting up a studio space.

We offer all equipment in the room, available with your hire. For example, sensory play & instruments, speaker and audio, sink, table & chairs.

Our room is accessible via staircase with two sizeable entryways. External toilet is available. Onsite car parking is available besides our premises in Burnett Street.

Room Hire Availability

We offer regular or single use room hire for all clients.
Our room is available for bookings Tuesday - Friday 9am - 2pm

Sensory playroom
All musical equipment is provided as part of our All Inclusive room hire.
All stationary and craft equipment supplied as part of our All Inclusive room hire.

 

Teaching and practice rooms are available for booking at an hourly, daily or monthly rate.

Practice rooms are fully air conditioned with a range of well maintained instruments including Pianos, Drum Kits and Guitars to prepare for upcoming exams, auditions for piano players, or accompanist rehearsal for instrumentalists.

For music teachers this is an amazing opportunity to grow your business in a central location in walking distance for school students. Our rooms are air conditioned and regularly cleaned, and the space includes parking, WiFi and printing services, as well as access to a large balcony and kitchen in a friendly, professional environment.

Room Hire Rates

Room hire rates start as low as $25/hr for use of an allocated hire space in the King St Music School. Room hire and sensory play available at the following rates:

$40/hr. Regular hire

$50/hr. Once off or limited hire

All Inclusive Day rate:
$150 Full availability

​

All Inclusive Weekly rate:
$400 Full availability
